Having recently moved house we were looking for someone to rectify issues identified by the structural survey. We contacted a number of builders, and unlike the majority, Ian returned e-mails and calls in a timely manner. We have been impressed with the work they have completed, as was our structural engineer, so many thanks to Ian and his team, especially Matt.
